Best Use: All Conditions
The all-new Mountain Star 3P is built with a robust three-pole structure with six points of contact that can take on heavy wind from any angle, while it utilizes durable ultralight fabrics to maintain a backpack friendly weight. The external pole structure with connected fly and body is easy to set up and keeps the inside of the tent dry in a downpour, even during set up and take down. Designed with freestanding versatility, it can be set up anywhere, even in rocky terrain.
This tent is built with dual entries and will comfortably sleep up to three people, or two people with full sets of gear. We factored in ample head room and an asymmetric floor shape for comfortable shoulder to shoulder sleeping. The interior of the tent features eight internal storage pockets, two built-in clotheslines and webbing loops for drying or stowing gear.
The Mountain Star 3P features an inner mesh body with bathtub style floor to keep bugs and water out. The inner body is easily removable for multiple set-up configurations, including a fly only pitch or a fly and footprint pitch.
